The Maison Guillon-Painturaud Cognac & Pineau, a family Domaine, has existed for 3 generations. Today, we are two sisters, Winegrowers & Independents.
Our 19 hectares vineyard is situated in the heart of Grande Champagne, 1st cru of Cognac.
Since 2014, we are certified HVE (High Environmental Value), we are committed to respect our terroir, to preserve a natural ecosystem.
Specialized in a long aging process, we create very old Pineau des Charentes and Cognac that we sell directly at the property.
We will be pleased to present them to you and share a moment with you during a winegrowers visit, d’un Escape Game (in French only) ou d’un Pineau workshop.

As Independent Winegrower, we are committed to working our vineyard, harvesting our crop, to distill our eaux-de-vie, patiently age our Cognacs and Pineau des Charentes and bottle them while respecting our values: tradition, passion and savoir-faire.
A savoir-faire in the respect of the traditions
The family estate is located in the heart of the Grande Champagne, 1st cru of Cognac. This terroir allows the winemakers to produce very old Cognac and Pineau de Charentes
The Grande Champagne cru is marked by fruity and floral aromas. When the ageing process is pushed, the aromas give way to woddiness. It is the famous rancio taste that characterizes the very old Cognac.
The Pineau des Charentes will be more and more syrupy, offering with the years very different aromas from those of the young Pineau. Very well known for aperitifHowever, the old Pineau des Charentes will be very appreciated during a meal or married to some desserts.
