In fact, when a barman was serving bitter in a bar in England, his customers misunderstood the word and pronounced it ‘cocktail’. Legend or reality, you decide.

- 4 cl of Cognac Guillon-Painturaud VSOP
- A few ice cubes
- 1 drop of peach cream
- Tonic
- Quelques feuilles de menthe
CONVERGENCE

- 1/7 of Pineau des Charentes rosé Guillon-Painturaud
- 5/7 of strawberry cream
- 1 drop of strawberry syrup
- Preparation in a cocktail shaker

- 1 drop of raspberry liqueur
- Champagne frappé
