Pineau cocktails
We hear a lot about cocktails made with cognac, but why not try it with some Pineau des Charentes ?
This drink, made with 3/4 grape juice and 1/4 eau-de-vie, offers great aromatic complexity and adds some very interesting flavours to cocktails.
With either white or rosé pineau, you can create intense blends for great aperitifs with family and friends!
What makes Guillon-Painturaud so special is that we offer pineaux with long ageing potential. But we also offer young pineaux, which are better suited to cocktails than older ones (which it would be a shame to mix).

For our young rosé pineau, we use Merlot and Carbernet Franc. This pineau offers notes of strawberry and blackberry, notes that we're going to bring out in our cocktail recipes.
With regard to our young white pineau, this is a fresh Pineau made from Ugni Blanc and Sémillon. This grape variety gives it a liqueur-like, gourmet flavour that you'll find again in the cocktail.
