The grape evolves and starts its period of ripeness.
It is the veraison, visible on the merlot, red grape variety for the Pineau des Charentes, and that we can observe on the ugni blanc by touching some seeds... it is time to anticipate the work of pre-harvest so as not to be surprised by this early year!
