The fine weather is here and the tourist season is beginning. At Guillon-Painturaud, we welcome you directly to the estate, to offer you, among other things, a guided tour. This will enable you to discover or rediscover the world of Cognac and Pineau des Charentes.
The Winemaker Tour – a unique cellar tour near Cognac
We welcome you to our estate, a typical Charentais house, where you can discover our production secrets.
The programme includes a tour of the distillery and then the cellars:
We begin with a tour of the distillery, where you will have the opportunity to discover our century-old still dating back to 1914. This tour is also an opportunity to learn about the history of the Guillon-Painturaud family.
The tour continues with an original discovery of the cellars. Why unusual? Because you'll have the chance to get up close and personal with the ageing process of an eau-de-vie. This is made possible by tasting 3 bruts de fût, brandies taken directly from the barrel.
We then offer a tasting of our Pineaux and Cognacs in our shop. You'll have the chance to taste pineaux that have aged for a very long time!

There is a charge for our Winegrower's Tour for adults - €12 per anyone - and it's free for under-18s.
It lasts around 1 hour and is then followed by the tasting. You should therefore allow around 1h30 for the tasting.

We offer it all year round, from Tuesday to Saturday, between 10am and 12pm and between 2pm and 6pm.
